Recent Violation

Despite these quality services, The Summit at Plantsville is not perfect. In 2017, they were issued a violation of the Public Health Code.

In 2017, a resident was administered the wrong medication. This ultimately led to a trip to the Emergency Room for an evaluation.

The issue constitutes a violation of Section 19-13-D8t (m)(2) of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies and/or 19a-550 of Connecticut General Statutes. The issue resulted in a fine of $1,635.
